Götz Hannah and her dog

Hannah dolls were introduced in the year 2004 under the name SARAH'S WORLD. In the year 2010 the doll name "Sarah" changed into "Hannah".
Hannah dolls were designed by Hildegard Günzel. Each doll is styled to play a theme (e.g. ballet, birthday, horseriding...) but here I will show only some of the Hannahs with the theme
HANNAH AND HER DOG.

The dogs came out in brown, black and white. They all wear a collar and a lead as well as a dog coat, matching to the doll's outfit.  The dolls have all red hair and brown eyes - in former years their eyes were blue.
Each doll has not only a little dog but also a bag for the dog.

She is wearing a white T-Shirt and black velvet trousers. A beautiful checkered coat with belt and matching hat make the outfit complete.She is wearing wellington boots and the scarf, the inside of the hat and the dog's coat are in scottish tartan.

In 2012 Hannah is wearing an outfit also called "Fair-isle" because of the fair-isle pattern of her scarf, hat, mittens and legwarmers. 

Her coat is very nice - made from felt and with fringes. 

In the year 2012 the dog was white.

As I have no Hannah of the year 2013 I go on with my favourite Hannah, released in the year 2014.

For my taste, she wears the most beautiful outfit of my Hannah dolls. This consists of pants, T-Shirt and very nice coat with a belt. Her yellow scarf, legwarmers and mittens are extraordinary. 

She is the most wanted Hannah.

In 2015 another outfit for Hannah and her dog has been released. This outfit you can also buy without the doll and it is called "Tiger outfit" because of the printed tiger on her T-Shirt:

In 2016 - this year - Hannah and her dog is dressed, with a colorful jacked, jeans and a grey T- shirt. This outfit is not very much my taste and so I am excited what comes next year.

Götz Kiana 2003 COMPLETE

Today I can show a Kiana in original outfit and with her bicycle as it has been sold in the year 2003. I found both on ebay last month and I am very happy about this. Kiana is my favorite doll!
I love her red hair. And she is the only one with red hair - there are two with fair curly hair ( Nanette and Aimee), three with brown hair (Becky, Lauretta and Tamira) and two with fair hair (Guilliana and Lourraine). Kiana has such a wonderful charisma.

Götz doll BECKY

I am so lucky that I was able to find Becky with the help of another doll-collector.
Becky was released in 2002. Becky was the first of three dolls with brown hair.
Becky is wearing green and orange coloured stockings, a red T-Shirt, a jeans-dress without arms and a fluffy green cardigan. Her shoes are red and in her hair she has a flowery hair-clipper. Also on her dress are three flowers.
Becky has an aura of self-confidence. Her hair is slightly different to the later released Lauretta and Tamira. So she has fuller bangs and her hair is more curly.
Another different as I see it (I have only 2 for comparison) is, that Becky's lips are red, and Tamira's and Lauretta's lips are pink. These differences are only very slightly.

So, here comes my Becky - without original shoes, but I hope that I find them for her.

Götz ANNA-MARIA 2002 with Steiff Teddy

Anna-Maria is my first doll which is 23 inches tall. I immediately loved her beautiful face. This has been designed by Hildegard Günzel.
When I started to find out something about this doll, I discovered that she was made for a special event! Anna-Maria has been created to celebrate the 100th birthday of the TEDDY-BEAR - as we know him today.

THE FIRST STEIFF TEDDY BEAR WAS BORN IN 1902

Richard Steiff, the nephew of Margarete Steiff, designed the world's first stuffed toy teddy bear with movable arms and legs. This Teddy was called "BEAR 55 PB" and it was made from mohair plush. (Woven fur)

This mohair-plush was produced by the Florweberei Schulte in Duisburg. (I grew up in Duisburg and my grandma used to lived not far from the Schulte- Florweberei-Company.)

This was the birth of the Teddybear! 

GÖTZ ANNA-MARIA WITH ORIGINAL STEIFF TEDDY

was made from Götz for the Steiff-Company. She is a special handcrafted doll and has been created to celebrate the 100th birthday of the Teddybear in the year 2002. 

The doll has been released in a limited edition of 1500. 

Anna is wearing a dress and underwear typical for the year 1902. She holds a miniature teddybear. 

This about 6 inch tall Teddy is a replica of a red-brown Teddybear, released from Steiff in the year 1905,

I have been making Teddybears for 15 years and also red a book about the Margarete Steiff company so I am very happy with Anna-Maria.


I made some different clothes for my Anna - a dress, a knitted jacked and hat.
